Idea for a Cross Fusion Civil War

I originally posted this on my Tumblr.
What if the Cross Fusers (among them, a few extra newcomers I would have in mind) had their own civil war, just like the Avengers did?
Catalyst: Dr. Regal had created a way to revive himself if his attempt to steal Duo’s power didn’t go well. Then, he begins to frame the Cross Fusers one by one. All members are to either read, sign, and agree to their own designated accords or surrender their Synchro Chips for life and leave the fight to the cops and military.

First, I would like to apologize for responding you THIS late, as you send me this:

Here's my response: Would make sense, but the 16 does NOT run 24/7. :/ There's no service between 2 and 4 am.
